When most of us consider who needs to fade stretch marks, we tend to think of pregnant women or people who have lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time. However, many people don't realize that teenagers can also suffer from stretch marks. Both male and female adolescents can get them. But, how do they occur, and how can they be dealt with?

Using a brush or a loofah, this is most effective if carried out twice every day. Essentially, it works by ridding the skin of dead cells so that it's easier for new ones to form.Exercise is also very good for stretch marks. This is because regular exercise helps to increase the elasticity of the skin. It also helps to keep a child trimmer so that there's less chance of the skin being stretched unnecessarily through excessive weight gain.

 

It's possible to fade stretch marks with the use of creams, many of which contain natural ingredients. Such products can also be used for preventing stretch marks.Teenage years are stressful enough without the addition of something like stretch marks. In this sense, some children may find it particualrly distressing to have to deal with.
